How do I publish to the Breeze 5.1 server?

After you download and install Breeze Presenter 5, you must add the Breeze 5.1 Server to the list of available Breeze servers for publishing.  This addition must be made to the preferences in the Breeze menu in PowerPoint. This change is necessary since Breeze Presenter 5 does not come configured with the Breeze 5.1 server as an option for publishing.

To add the Breeze 5.1 Server to the list of available Breeze servers:

1. Download and install Breeze Presenter 5. Please see Get Breeze for additional information.
2. Start PowerPoint.
3. From the Breeze menu in PowerPoint, select Preferences.
4. Click on the Breeze Server tab in the Breeze Presenter Preferences window.
5. Click the Add... button.
6. In the Add Breeze Server window, enter the following:
1. Name:  Breeze 5 Server
2. URL: http://breeze5.umn.edu/
7. Click OK.
8. Click Close.

To publish your presentations to the Breeze 5.1 Server after you have added the Breeze 5.1 Server to the list of available servers:

1. From the Breeze menu in PowerPoint, select Publish.
2. In the Publish window, click on the option for Breeze Server.
3. Confirm that the Breeze server is set to the Breeze 5 Server. If it is set to another server, click on Change Server... and select Breeze 5 Server from the list.
4. Click on Publish and continue the publishing process.
