Does Adobe Presenter support Flash files in a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation?

The Adobe Presenter plug-in for PowerPoint makes it easy to fully integrate a Flash file into PowerPoint for delivery through the Breeze presentation viewer.

How to import a Flash (SWF) file into a PowerPoint presentation:

  1. In PowerPoint, navigate to the slide in which you want to add the Flash (SWF) file.
  2. From the Presenter menu, select Insert Flash.
  3. Browse to the SWF file you wish to add.
  4. Click Open.
  5. Reposition or resize the placeholder for SWF file on the slide as needed.

How to Synchronize a Flash (SWF) file with the Adobe Presenter playbar:

  1. From the Presenter menu, select Presentation Settings.
  2. Select the Flash Files tab.
  3. Click the Controlled by presentation playbar checkbox for the video you want to synchronize.
  4. Click OK.

How to add a talking head Flash (SWF or FLV) video to the outline of a Presentation:

  1. From the Presenter menu, select Slide Properties.
  2. Select the slide in which you want to add the video.
  3. Click the Edit... button located in the lower left corner fo the window.
  4. In the field for Video: click the browse icon.
  5. Select the SWF or FLV file you wish to add to this slide.
  6. Click Open.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click OK.
