Does Adobe Presenter support Flash files in a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation?
The Adobe Presenter plug-in for PowerPoint makes it easy to fully integrate a Flash file into PowerPoint for delivery through the Breeze presentation viewer.
How to import a Flash (SWF) file into a PowerPoint presentation:
- In PowerPoint, navigate to the slide in which you want to add the Flash (SWF) file.
- From the Presenter menu, select Insert Flash.
- Browse to the SWF file you wish to add.
- Click Open.
- Reposition or resize the placeholder for SWF file on the slide as needed.
How to Synchronize a Flash (SWF) file with the Adobe Presenter playbar:
- From the Presenter menu, select Presentation Settings.
- Select the Flash Files tab.
- Click the Controlled by presentation playbar checkbox for the video you want to synchronize.
- Click OK.
How to add a talking head Flash (SWF or FLV) video to the outline of a Presentation:
- From the Presenter menu, select Slide Properties.
- Select the slide in which you want to add the video.
- Click the Edit... button located in the lower left corner fo the window.
- In the field for Video: click the browse icon.
- Select the SWF or FLV file you wish to add to this slide.
- Click Open.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
