Custom URLs
- The Custom URL feature supports creation of personalized URLs that are easy to remember.
- Custom URLs can be defined for Breeze Meetings or Breeze Presenter content.
Breeze Add-in Available for Macs: Full Compatibility
- Mac OS X users can now screen share and upload content into meeting rooms.
Enhanced Meeting Interface
- Breeze 5 provides a redesign of the menu bar and layout bar changes.
- Content and Screen Sharing Pods have been combined into a single “Share Pod.”
New User Roles: Host, Presenter, and Participant.
- These new roles give you more control in Breeze Meetings, including improved roles and permissions for meeting attendees and enhanced participant rights.
Enhanced VoIP Audio with Full Duplex
- Breeze provides highest quality internet audio (VoIP) and offers an easy audio set-up wizard, echo and noise cancellation, and silence detection, which eliminates the need for “push to talk”.
Enhanced Screen Sharing
- Breeze now gives users the option of sharing presentations, applications and desktop in full screen mode. Presenters can choose to synchronize the view of all participants.
Moderated Q&A
- Moderated Q&A give meeting presenters complete control over question queue, visibility, and question delegation (to other presenters).
Host Cursors
- Meeting Hosts can display their cursor as a pointer during Breeze Meetings.
Meeting Templates
- Meeting room layouts and content can be saved as a reusable template, for personal or system?wide use. Content saved in templates becomes instantly available in new meetings created from that template.
Captivate Support
- Macromedia Captivate content can now be published to the Breeze server.
Enhanced Presenter Support: Optional Synchronization
- Playback Breeze Presentations during a Breeze Meeting and allow participants to follow along, or view the presentation at their own pace.
Enhanced Flash Video Support: Optional Synchronization
- Playback Flash Video files (FLV) during a Breeze Meeting and allow participants to follow along, or view the video at their own pace.
